Join as a sponsor for this year’s Komen Aspen Race for the Cure® and help make it one of the largest 5K Races in Pitkin, Garfield and Eagle Counties, leading the way as we work to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease.
There are a myriad of ways to get involved in this year’s Komen Aspen Race for the Cure®. More than 2,500 participants, spectators and sponsors made the 2008 Race the largest 5K in Komen Aspen Affiliate history. The determination of Pitkin, Garfield and Eagle Counties helped raise over $200,000 in the fight against breast cancer.
With over one million participants nationwide, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation’s Race for the Cure® series is the largest series of 5K and one-mile run/fitness walks in the nation. There are 120 Komen Race for the Cure® events across the country, with the Aspen Race being one of the longest running events in the country.
Race support comes in all shapes and sizes. We encourage you to join local businesses and individuals in the fight to end breast cancer.
Based on your level of sponsorship, your company may:

The taxpayer ID of the Susan G. Komen Aspen Affiliate is 84-1160739. Receipts will be issued for individual contributions of $250 or more. For contributions less than $250, a cancelled check serves as a receipt and allows us to devote a larger percentage of the services.
