Ways you can support the 2008 Aspen Race for the Cure®
Corporate Sponsorship Packages
Corporate Sponsorship Packages, ranging in price from $500 to $35,000, allow you full participation in all aspects of the Race. Your company name will be associated with the Race during the months leading up to the event. As excitement and public awareness build, depending upon your level of sponsorship, your name or logo may be on T-shirts, Race posters and applications, and pre-event advertising throughout Pitkin, eagle and Garfield counties, reaching an audience of over 75,000 repeatedly over several months. On Race Day, you will reach a targeted audience of more than 4,000 people with your message, via on-site signage and product sampling.
Corporate Teams
Group and organizations of 4 or more are invited to register as a team. Online registration of all teams is encouraged. Each team captain is required to pick up team T-shirts and bibs.
Corporate Promotion
Reach 2,500 Race participants and guests with your special promotional item placed in our Bazaar-style Goodie Tent. Price: $500 in the Goodie Tent, $1000 for your own personal tent.

In-Kind Sponsorships
Our goal is to underwrite Race expenses through both cash and in-kind contributions. In-kind donations of products or services will be categorized at half of the retail value for sponsorship level purposes. The Race Executive Committee must approve all in-kind donations. Monetary donations not only cover the expense of holding the Race, but also are used to award grants to local organizations to fund breast cancer screening and educational programs. Opportunities exist at various sponsorship levels, with increasing benefits for your organization at each increment.

Advertising and Promotional Opportunities
If you are looking for ways to maximize your exposure with the Race, there are plenty of opportunities. Many advertising vehicles are available, from underwriting the cost and production of banners to buying ads in newspaper, magazine, radio or television to reinforce your sponsorship.
In addition, please consider:
- Donating advertising space you would normally use in July to the Race.
- Tagging your advertisements during July with the name, date, and phone number of the Race.
- Purchase a "Cheer Banner" ($150) with your name and words of encouragement for display on Race Day.
- These ideas, and others like them, can maximize your exposure and help the Komen Aspen Race for the Cure® increase its reach in the tri-county service area.
